Terms and Conditions
Promotion Eligibility

This promotion is valid only for new customers who sign up for any of our three-tiered routine monthly pool cleaning services.

Referral benefits apply only when the referred friend or family member is a new customer who also signs up for a routine monthly cleaning service.
Free Service Period

New customers will receive one free month of routine cleaning service applied to their third scheduled month after signing up.

Referring customers will receive one additional free month of routine cleaning service applied to their second scheduled month if and when their referral signs up within the first 30-days of your onboarding.
Referral Conditions

Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used our services.

Free months earned through referrals cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

There is a limit on the number of referrals held to one per new customer.
Service and Cancellation

Routine cleaning services are scheduled monthly and must be newly activated to redeem free months.

Customers may cancel services at any time. Cancellation will forfeit any unused free service months if cancellation occurs before the free service period.

Our company is not responsible for any damage to pool equipment or property caused by pre-existing conditions or events beyond our control.

We maintain all required insurance, still all new customers may be asked to verify their own homeowner’s insurance coverage.

Routine service is provided “as needed” and we strive for quality but do not guarantee results due to variables like weather or pool condition.

These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
